RETURNS

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for personal or sanitary use, hazardous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be given: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned over 10 days after delivery.

* All sales are final and are non-refundable.

Only items damaged or not as described can be returned and refunded.

Refund (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Next, contact the entity that issued your credit card, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Refunds are available only for regular priced items. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail at brimballe@mail.com

Gifts
If the returned article was identified as a gift during the purchase and if it was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.

Shipping
To return a product, you must send it by mail write to us to obtain the address.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
